Place an order

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value but a low order fee amouting to 10 € incl. tax is charged in case of orders below 80 € incl. tax.

Sales Area

Currently we only accept orders with a shipping addresses within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. If you are located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.

Delivery Time

Orders received before 12 pm will normally be sent out on the same working day and delivered within 4-5 working days by UPS.

Delivery Charges

There is a flat postage & packing charge of 9 €. This is about 7-8 £ in UK according to the applied exchange rate. All orders exceeding 160 Euro (120 £ in the UK and 200 Euro in Switzerland & Norway) we will be sent without any delivery fee.


You can pay conveniently online or by cash on delivery (+5,99€), credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We also call you back upon request in order to process your payment.

Tax and customs charges

All indicated prices already include 19% German VAT. Orders from Norway and Switzerland also include the local VAT and customs duty, which are paid by us for you.

Order confirmation

Shortly after you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation will be sent to your submitted email address and will include your order number and an overview of your order items.


All the shipments will be delivered by UPS.

Online tracking of your order

You will receive by e-mail a tracking number of our forwarder UPS in order that you can follow the track of your shipment.
